Hi, I’m Dr Kate Ella,

An Oxford educated doctor and former consultant orthopaedic surgeon.

I loved orthopaedic surgery but when I had my children something shifted. Determined to look after my patients and my children I threw myself into both roles. But forgot to look after myself.

My body kept the score and eventually, I noticed.

So, I made a change and trained as a health coach and personal trainer. Now I help you feel strong and confident in your body. No matter how much you feel that exercise isn’t for you.

My approach? Science-backed movement strategies designed to fit your body, your goals & your lifestyle. Real, practical solutions that work so that you can make the most of your 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond.

I spent years in the operating theatre and I now I want to stop you getting there.
